We start the talk with the dialectic that our time differs greatly from previous various historical eras and I do not believe that there is anything similar to the previous historical times and eras when we consider the current time with its technological revolutions which made the world a little village and the developments on the concepts of rights and those of human values on which the whole universe agreed via the different international announcements.
