In the aftermath of World War II in 1945and the defeat of the German Reich and the damages that countries suffered from, only the Soviet Union and the United States of America remained in the international arena. The conflict between them changed to a conflict between two camps: the socialist and the capitalist. The first was led by the previous Soviet Union and the second by the USA in addition to the wars that erupted on behalf of the two powers and the indirect struggle between these two countries in the field of international weapons.
