Probably no one expected that the events of the French Charlie Hebdo newspaper a mere rehearsal performed by the terrorist organizations to do its knockout about 10 months later in Paris for a second time in a more horrible way. This terrorist organization, ISIS, was close to occupy a Paris night on Friday 13 of November 2015 whose influence will be invested in the long run at the political level inside France and Europe and the whole world.
