Introduction:
Since the evacuation of the Spanish occupation in 1975/1976 till now, the issue of the Western Sahara continues to inflict its confusion in the face of the international community and the countries of the Arab Maghreb countries without reaching an acceptable solution to all the conflicting parties on top of them: The Kingdom of Morocco, Polisario Front and Algeria. With the passing of more than 4 successive decades after Mauritania withdrawal, one of the conflicting parties, it went officially out of this conflict.
