There are some who believe that Lebanon spring, or rather the spring of the Lebanese sects, even if it was late many years from the spring of the Arab revolutions, has finally arrived to Beirut which witnessed years ago demonstrations calling to overrun sectarian quotas and calling for more civil and political rights in a country where everything happens according to consensuses planned carefully and swift communications among sects that often reach Arab and regional capitals.
