For about two centuries ago scientific and factual projects of what is known as “Renaissance and Renewal movements” started trying to form a certain ideology that can answer the big inquiry: why have Muslims become tardy while others advanced?
Despite the many answers to this question and the subsequent questions, the question is still starting in the minds and in reality. The events of the Arab spring were a new alarm and incentive to re-visit the projects of renaissance and renewal looking for evaluation according to specific criteria.
