The future of the Russian Turkish relations in Syria (conflicts faded by interests)

On Monday 20 March there was news in the media about Russian military forces going to Kafr Janneh in Aleppo countryside (Afrin area) to establish a military base there. Local Syrian sources and footages released on Youtube reported the arrival of tanks and Soldiers carriers to the fighting fronts between the Kurdish forces and the free army factions in Afrin. Russian foreign ministry, however, denied in the evening of the same day its intention to build such a base and announced that one of the Russian reconciliation centers will be moved to Afrin to monitor the truce.
