With a pale presence of those concerned with running the conflict, and with calmness broken only by the shouts of a witness of the coordination of the Syrian affair between the active powers and Russia, the guarantors signed Astana 4 paper or what becomes known as the agreement of the four zones of reduction of tension in Syria. So, what is Astana platform for the negotiation among the sides of the Syrian war and what happened in the file of arranging the conflict on the ground and what is the capacity of Astana 4 of the agreement of the four zones to continue in time and place and who are the active parties in it? We will try to answer these questions within the paper of stance evaluation and analysis of the agreement data that is signed in the Kazakhstanian capital on May 4 2017.
