Political parties and their conflicts in the Moroccan countries

The party phenomenon is considered one and the most important of the phenomena that emerged from Democracy in our modern time.  Some people link the growth and prosperity of the party phenomenon with the development of parliament and the parliamentary blocks similar to what “Max Weber” did when he linked the development of this phenomenon with the development of the parliament and the change that the parliamentary blocks underwent in what he called the change of “Sincere followers of the aristocracy” to “the parties of the Notables” to the emergence of “public democracy”.
