We are saying revision not retreat; revision is imposed by life pace and its interaction with reality. The old rule of scholars and the fundamentalists says: (Fatwa “Advisory Opinion” changes in time, place and returns). It points out that any change in life influences in changing the Fatwa track and its content. This is in religious affairs let alone life affairs or politics and its complexities.
