Barq Center for Research and Studies organized two workshops entitled (Political Jurisprudence introductions) and (revolutions logic and outcomes) by Dr. Muhammad Al-Mukhtar Ash-Shinqitee on Suday 28/12/ 2014 in Mer-tur hotel in the city of Kilis, Turkey, with the presence of many Syrian youths and a number of the representatives of the Syrian factions inside Syria.
