Negotiations to form the government in Morocco reach a dead end.

After more than a month of organizing the parliamentary elections in Morocco and after the Moroccan monarch appointed Abdelilah Benkirane, the leader of the Islamic Justice and Development Party, as Head of the Government, the political scene in Morocco as well as the citizens, is waiting for the birth of the second government in the time of 2011 constitution and the fourth government in the time of King Mohammed VI.
