The Emirates Algeria relation, the mystery relation
There is no eternal friendship and no eternal enmity but rather an eternal interest. This is the way the most common political theories of the international relations in the world interprets it. If we apply this on Algeria’s relations with the different international units especially in the Arab World, we will find that some of them is the exception. If the distinguished relation with France was because of the historical factor due to occupation and if the explanation of the troubled relation with Morocco is most of the time because of the conflict of powers in the same geographical area, what can interpret the secret of the relation between Algeria and a new country called Emirates?
