This study tries to highlight aspects of the educated Arab contributions in the (dynamism) of the Arab revolutions via a knowledgeable reading of the issue of change and advancement in the Arab world and its relation with the educated enlightened elite. This is because the talk about the roles of the educated and their mission in building the change requires studying the historical and cultural issues which are deeply rooted in the social and intellectual structures of the Arab societies such as specifying the nature of the relationship between the educated and the authority among other issues that have been revisited in light of the Arab revolutions.
