Time and place approach of the societal powers in our Arab World
Knowing the societal powers in any of the Arab Spring countries positively supposes the time and place approach of their existence, movement and progress as well as what pertains to them from people’s features and characteristics. This speculative approach should originate from reality and the attempt to realize it to know the self-capabilities which interact with the self of the others.
