It targets those interested in political sciences, international relations and community management systems, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parties and political formations in the Arab World and the Middle East.<\/li>\n<li>Decision making in political platforms.<\/li>\n<li>The external and internal policies of countries.<\/li>\n<li>International relations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Merits and conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training time is one month and a half.<\/li>\n<li>The applicant must finish a refereed research in one of the specified areas and present it in a special lecture in the center at the end of the training.<\/li>\n<li>The center provides accommodation and the training place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required skills and expertise:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A university degree.<\/li>\n<li>Full mastery of the Arabic language.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of English, reading, writing and speaking.<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must be no more than 35 years old.<\/li>\n<li>Must have good knowledge of social sciences, especially Middle Eastern studies.<\/li>\n<li>Seriousness and commitment to training.<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills and adapting to a multi-cultural environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*To apply to the program, please send your CV in Arabic as your mother tongue together with an abstract about the paper to: <a href=\"http:\/\/info@barq-rs.com\">http:\/\/info@barq-rs.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The program aims at training the participants on the mechanisms of scientific research.
